SEPSiS
Tanım: Sepsis, ciddi enfeksiyonla komplike olan ve sistemik inflamasyon ve yaygın doku hasarı ile karakterizebir klinik durumdur. Yoğun bakım koşullarında son gelişmelere rağmen, mortalite ve morbidite çok yüksektir.
Gerekçe: Sepsiste ortaya çıkan medyatörlerin uzaklaĢtırılmasıdır. Özellikle multiorgan yetmezliğinde kullanılabilir.
İşlem: TPD, SPD, AA
İşlenen Volüm: 1-1,5 TPH
Sıklığı: Günlük
Replasman Sıvısı: Albümin, TDP, BTS
Uygulama sayı ve/veya süresi: Yaygın damariçi pıhtılaşması, hemodinami ve multisistem organ disfonksiyonunun düzelmesi parametre olarak kullanılabilir. işlem sayısı hakkında yeterli veri yoktur. Bir işlemden 14 işleme kadar bildirilen yayınlar mevcuttur.
